Tuesday is the busiest day of the year for the Hunts Point Market.
It will distribute more than 30 million pounds of produce to vendors, grocery stores and restaurants.
The market says it’s a huge undertaking.
“We’ve been preparing for a long time for this day and every body has been working hard and you know long hours and a lot of energy and a lot of movement,” said AJ Trucco Director of Business Development Sasha Lopresti.
The market says nearly all the fixings for your Thanksgiving dinner, minus the turkey, will pass through Hunts Point.
