Yields: 2 servings
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana, broken into chunks
- 1/2 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of ice
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve in two glasses immediately.
